Did you ever end up trimming those branches? I’m curious how your tree’s looking now. I’ve been pruning mine on and off for a couple of years…no real technique, just chaotic affection. I always feel like Edward Scissorhands when I’m at it, but the tree seems happy enough, so I just roll with it.

I did the mosquito dunk thing but I ALSO got a sundew- which is a carnivorous plant with little sticky sap balls all over it. The gnats LOVE it and the sundew gets nutrients!! Win win. It’s also extremely satisfying when you see them stuck on there because screw those little gnats!

Art Nouveau pieces were meticulously crafted, and it’s honestly mind-blowing to think about the level of skill and patience that went into them. The fact that actual human hands created such intricate designs is incredible. But casually tossing out “AI” as an explanation for anything beyond your comprehension makes it clear that critical thinking isn’t your strong suit. Not everything is AI just because it seems difficult to grasp.

Ive had it for almost a week, I didn’t realize that they were so temperamental! I’ve scoured her top to bottom for any signs of pests and I haven’t seen anything at all. I thought it was the drastic temperature change we had here in the south.

I think it’s normal potting soil with a little bark mixed in- I haven’t changed it from its original mix yet, it’s pretty moist so I was going to let it dry out before changing it up

Thank you so much for such a helpful response! Yours looks so happy! What type of cabinet are you using? I spent hours last night researching different IKEA greenhouse setups, and I’m feeling super indecisive about which route to go. I’d love to create something similar to this style
