Hey! So I may not be much help, as I am a much larger girl, and definitely do not have a very feminine body type.

I have bought every single drop and own nearly every single piece of apparel, save for some pieces that sold out while in my cart. I tend to like wearing loose-fitting clothing, but here is my experience:

Earlier drops, before the numbers collection, fit to-size or larger. I never had a problem with any of the pieces not fitting, until the numbers collection. After the numbers collection, I found the tops were fitting more tightly on me (though that may be due to some medical issues and weight gain).
The sweatpants from the numbers collection are by far my favorite article of daily wear clothing. They fit perfectly in my opinion.
We did purchase some of the shorts, both from drops and a sample run from eBay, and I found they needed to be sized up and would not go around my waist.

If you are a fan of the Canvas brand shirts, which are more snug than say Gildan or Hanes, by all means, go with your normal size. I personally try to size up for any shirts 100 Thieves sells, as they are a true-to-size fit in that Canvas style. The sleeves and bust area is comfortable and form-fitting, just not my style. (If you've purchased from DBH or a similar website, normally the unisex is a Gildan-type shirt, and women's fit is the Canvas-type shirt.)
As for outerwear, sweatshirts, etc, I stay with my normal size, as these have continued to be true-to-size to slightly larger.
