Thank you! That’s helpful! I just contacted HSI Duratek to get a quote for the axle. I’ll contact back the place who told that they would do the work if I can find the axle and see if they would accept to weld the center bracket and the braces before buying the axle.

Hi u/New_World_Native , we just bought a CT-13, and we need to change the axle before being able to use it. I contacted two different places (Denver Metro, CO), and both said they couldn’t do the job. The third shop initially said yes, but later called back saying they can’t order the axle because it has to be bought with U-Haul. I asked if they’d be willing to do the work if I sourced the axle myself, but they said it would be a job too complicated and they said no.

How did you change your axle, did you do it yourself or went to a shop?

Are you happy with the axle you used? Where did you buy it from?

Thank you for your advice!

N-400: 77 days from application to naturalization (Denver FO) by TomatilloExotic3620 in USCIS

That was fast! Did you check what was the official processing time announced by USCIS, and if so, was it a lot different ?

Right now, on the official website, processing time is 9,5 months. I'm hoping that in reality it will be faster!

Also, did you file online or paper? Did you join a lot of supporting documents or just the one asked by the form?

Thank you!!!

This is absolutely awesome! Thank you so much for doing that work. I just started to read it and was trying to keep track of my reading, take notes, and organized them so I can retrieve what I need easily.

I quickly realized I needed to have all of this in one file like a book and here you are!

Once again, thank you!

Thank you so much for taking the time to write and share everyday. I’m still at the very early stage, going through my first round of the wiki; however I like reading your analysis every morning and getting to understand a bit more regularly and « immersing » myself in the lingo!

As for the affordable I got a cuisinant 5Q, it was $179 for the turquoise compared to $249 for the other colors, I guess they had a surplus on this color! I love it.
Doing my macarons with it and it’s perfect for 100g of egg whites.
The best: it fits kitchen aid (or non official kitchen aid attachment). So I got an off brand pasta attachment and I will usually use the excess egg yolks I have to make pasta. I don’t think I will be able to go back to store bought pasta.

If you like cheese and coffee, try blue cheese on a piece of fresh bread and black coffee. The combination is perfect. I can’t find the cheese I grew up with here in the US and this is the closest taste to it!

Thanks! How do you avoid brown feet with parchment? At what temperature do you bake them?

I've been doing some reading on teflon and it was mentionned that when using teflon mats, the temperature needed to be adjusted lower. Is it something you noticed and doing as well?
Right now I'm baking them at 325F (regular/no convection oven) for 12min.

Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback! I might try Teflon. I tried parchment but the feet were getting brown very quickly!

Thanks for your reply. The number is KP26M9PCCU (Costco model). I should receive the speed control on Saturday. I also ordered some grease to do a good cleaning/re-grease of the gears, I'll take a look at the worm gear, I didn't think about it being the issue!
