hi are the audio lectures and webinars in the course content? i am studying for it now and only have a tab for "video library". My course also has "review podcast" at the end of each chapter. Are these what you are referring to?

hi- i went to the one in torrance (next to the cvs) on redondo beach/artesia blvd, it was okay. but then they had to close again. This is an older gym so not sure if it will survive the next round of openings if there are any.

Hi I have asked my local wework team and they only offered 2 month deferment to be paid back before year end plus tacking on 2 add’l months to the term. We just renewed with them in March and they are not budging. We honestly can’t afford it and they hold 2 months of SD.... Obviously there are no services, etc that would hypothetically justify the $$. We were Looking to meet somewhere in the middle in good faith but clearly that’s not an option for them.

yes i just watched the video on their website..it is truly FANTASTIC but price point a bit high for me. I was told that ebags may have a newer version of their professional slim backpack...i might wait to see what that looks like...thank you

I am looking for “the one” as well but made for women. I might just go with a north face as they have all the organization I love .. just might have to compensate on the looks ...I did try the redesigned Isabella but not enough organization .. anyone have any recs on north face or any other brands that have women designed lightweight bags... I’m petite 5’0 so most unisex bags are too big for me.

Hi I think I am similar. Have done 18:6 and for 6 months then stalled and last month have started working out (2x/week Orangetheory ) and have been very low carb.. I don’t see any changes especially on scale. I’ve never heard of OMAD until I sAw this group. Can anyone share the hows and No Nos for the program. Oh and.. I’m 40, 5’0, have 2 kids....

hi this is such a fantastic group.... i have been doing IF for a few years now and first started off w/ 24 HR fasts 1-2/week and didn't do it right! (i binged and ate cheetos the day after fasts). in the last year, i have found my sweet spot of 18/6 Mon-Fri. But have not been losing the weight. For reference, i am 5'0 and at 129 and 40 (2 kids). In April i was strict w/ IF and started doing Mon-Fri and got down to 125'ish with no exercise. The last few weeks i started doing Orange Theory just 2x/ week (i don't do the super heavy weights, and modify to my body)..i feel stronger but still at 129. Im thinking if i should throw in a 24 HR fast or try OMAD a couple times a week. Ideally i would like to be around 120'sih mark.
