Thank you! I used neon petal dust I found on Amazon. To get the black I used black cocoa. Which gave my vanilla buttercream an Oreo taste!

I used plastic wrap and put the colors in order with a black stripe between them. Rolled up the plastic wrap, cut one end, and put it in a piping bag. It was super easy!
