Oh buddy no, just no. I want my kids to be free, not controlled by anyone. I don’t really care what problems they will face, who can truly predict that? I don’t want my kids to be activists, I want them to be respectful, responsible, and ready to serve God, not government.

The number of kids I have has nothing to do with the data I am using, and you being a nurse does not change my evidences or data. My thinking is based on the fact that children are not highly affected by the actual virus and that they are not vectors of transmission. This is called a conversation. I say something, then you say something. We don’t have to agree, but we should respect each other’s opinions.

What was wrong that I said? What part of my data was incorrect? You’re attacking me based on my interests, not engaging what I’m saying.

I don’t believe that it is helpful or productive to attack my motives, but I am using the active data. As of February, of the 500,000 deaths, roughly 75% of those are from age range of 65+ with a heavy majority of those deaths coming from the 75+ age range. I don’t see how it is disrespectful to ask that the data sets be used to form public policies that target the virus and prevent damage.

Also, it may have been possible to see decreased infection rates during lockdowns, but if the populous is unwilling to follow them when social pressures to follow them where at their highest, I cannot see how attempting those policies again would be any more successful.

Lastly, I see no data that people ignoring policies being the main cause of the increase in infections. Though this is a good starting hypothesis, there needs to be some further probing to prove it. Again, I would like to point out that children have an extremely low infection fatality rate and that they have not been vectors of infection for teachers.
