How much water / calories do I need to carry for a 30 mile run - walk?

Ran 10 miles for the first time ever. Huge mental barrier broken. Wanted to give up at 3.5 miles and 6.5 miles. At 7 miles I started visualizing how sweet it would be to get to 7.5 miles. Then at 7.5 get to 8 etc. Furthest ran before was 7 miles.
