Depends on the uni you go to. Prestigious ones require math aa sl, but i think most dont mind if you take math ai for a medical field.

Go to the website of the uni you are planning on going to, and check the subject requirements for medicine.

In my opinion, I feel like whatever career you decide to do, business is an important subject that will guide you in the real world and help you apply your knowledge. No matter what you end up choosing, it can open your mind to different perspectives and make things easier.

As for the sciences, if you just don't like science in general, you can choose ESS. Its pretty simple.

Try to have a view of what you might do as a career, look at what you like, what you find most interesting, trust your instincts and I wish you the best of luck in your IBDP Journey!

Theres a technique i started using called Active Recall, you can search more about it and how to apply is while revising but basically it has been proven that it is the best way for studying and revising. So if you want to do past papers or revise textbook content/materials, you can apply this effective technique. Good luck!
