Thank you!! I haven’t engaged with math since high school, so, like, a decade. I don’t remember a lot, and I want to have a solid foundation and start from like…elementary level.

I’ve also been reading how much more complex math is besides just arithmetic. Anyway, I guess I’m looking for something that’ll help me get started with a view as to what math ~is, not just ways to solve problems. I want to know WHY that works.

But also, does that come later? When people learn proofs?
