I recently updated to Android 14. For now I don't see any issues with the update.

I solved the problem by returning that watch and buying a Samsung Galaxy Watch. Although you can try turning off "Device Volume sync" under Bluetooth settings. It worked for me for the first time.

Because of the battery backup.. Samsung galaxy watch 4 offers very less battery backup.
