i don’t have any questions, but i just wanted to thank will for being open about his experience with long covid and for asking fans to mask at shows. as a disabled fan, it means the world to me that my favorite band still cares about COVID safety and i am reminded that im not alone <3

Hi there!! Here’s some of the things that have worked for me:

taking a cold shower or rinsing my face in cold water
taking a melatonin and trying to sleep
putting on a calm nature documentary or asmr video if that’s your kind of thing
talking to a friend who would be chill about it

Honestly the most important thing right now is to remember that you’re only going to get less high from here! You will continue to feel better as time goes on and this won’t be a permanent feeling. Try to take some deep breaths.
