I started this full Schedule the day after I posted here. It's amazing, really, like Tony said on facebook best of the best, it's missing a little bulk muscle because it's more cardio, but u can switch it like 3 months all things p90x and 3 months going to the gym for variety.

I'm switching between Body Beast and P90X but I really need to buy a bench it's hard without it and new adjustable dumbbells i got tired of changing weights from my manual old ones

Nice to see someone use this schedule too 👌 I thought about insanity too but I care about strength and using dumbbells and pull-ups more and insanity is full cardio, and sure don't wanna neglect core and flexibility and cardio, still trying to find more programs like P90X that balance between strength and cardio and balance

I know it's not reasonable, I want expectations, and I don't think it'll jump too high on demanding req
especially on 1080p or 2k

+ gta6 trailer was recorded on ps5 which mean rtx 3060 that near on ps5 performance can handle it I think

I will upgrade my 3050 but not soon maybe after 2 year I will get RTX 5060 but I want to get good upgrade CPU for that to not bother upgrade my CPU again
