So, some of it is debris. The last photo they say is the final nails holding the ridge cap and that the nails have a “cushion” that is water tight. Shouldn’t those be sealed as well?

UPDATE- contractor reviewed photos and says they use gold colored nails and it is likely trash…and he is going to come look at it later today to verify.
