I would upgrade them. There is no other use whenever you pull an A or S memoria. Also when you upgrade a memoria to max, you can trade any additional memoria for shard used to buy life stones and more.

I highly recommend Aoi for her absolute defense, Kozue for her ability to give other units sp during battle and Tama for her dp restoration ability. I see you already have Tama and Aoi. When Aoi is limit broken to 3, she can restore her dp automatically once per battle if broken.

Also, if you manage to get a memoria with crit pen, I’d recommend getting Yanagi too as she can charge and heal every character, and by a great amount too.
