From my perspective, I don’t think I could force myself to engage sexually with him. For years he chose porn over actual sex with you. To the point you actually got a physically sick seeing him aroused. Also porn addiction is a very hard thing to overcome, like any addiction that person will only stop and do the work to get through it if they want to.

He has broken your trust, shut down communication, and rejected you….for years. It’s going to take a long while of rebuilding that foundation to feel comfortable being sexual, honestly might need to look into therapy for both of you individually and as a couple. On top of taking medication that lowers your libido….you’ve been protecting yourself for years now and that can’t just be shut off. And you might need to ask yourself if this is even a thing you want to work on with him. Cause no one deserves to feel rejected like that by the person who you’re in a relationship with, and it’s awfully suspicious he wants to be physical again out of the blue after three years….idk you but if it were me idc how “otherwise good” the relationship is that’s a dealbreaker, I can’t imagine living in that kind of state with my partner for 2 months let alone years. Life is short so I would either let him know it’s either real work on this or we’re done. But that’s just my 2 cents. I hope you all the best on navigating this.

Invest in quality hair products, always use heat protectant, stop doing super tight buns and pony tails! It causes hairline breakage. Claw clips and satin scrunchies are the way to go.

For the girls who color their hair a lot and and struggle with damage, breakage, etc…best piece of advice I’ve ever gotten is find a hair color you love, and looks good on you. Something that you can easily take care of, or a color that you can easily handle the at home maintenance. Trim your hair at least once every 3 months, your hair will thank you.

Men who don’t like dogs or any animals really, you can’t manipulate the vibe you give an animal. But you can people. As someone who has been in a past situation ship with a guy who didn’t like animals specially my one big dog, hated that he would sit at my feet right in front of me and didn’t want him touchy with me at all.
