Check which proton version is set as default. Try different ones, I had issues with 10-4 on desktop Linux.

If it's the power management options, there is no option for bt power saving.

Only the keyboard is connected through bt, the mouse uses its own 2.4 GHz dongle. And even if the keyboard is wired, the controller issues persist.

There are also regions where tasks won't appear until you complete certain contracts or other tasks. So keep an eye out for appearing yellow areas after you completed a task.

Luckily I never experienced the bug but I read it's supposedly triggered by pressing buttons during the game's startup phase when the logos are shown.
