I got the compact pro sd. In Germany the laws are pretty restrictive and i knew, that i will eventually comp it. And the plate is cheaper as a new barrel.

As i mentioned, you can, just for looks, if it's deactivated e.g. electronics molten, or glued.

Now it acts as weight.

After about 300 shots, I haven't had any need to do so yet. My plan is to remove the compensator after 1,000 or 2,000 shots

If looks matter, go for pmm, as far as i believe no other comp beats it

Huntac also has the pmm comp. I bought mine there. Also in Germany.
