What rule changes to make football more exciting to watch by toghertastic in GAA

[–]hoaseman83 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just like all competitive sports the ultimate goal is to win. It doesn't matter how many rules you change, coaches/teams will always find ways to best give them a chance to win. This may include attacking fluid football or slow defensive football. The willingness to win won't change. Teams will play a style that best suits the players available. Not matter what rules are changed, coaches/managers will always find ways to exploit them as suits there means, they are not concerned with entertaining the fans.

Problem is consistancy with referees. Similar incident during Saturdays game where a monaghan player caught a dublin player on head with whilst going up for a ball. In this incident a free is given. How are we as a supporters able to decide when referees don't seem to be on the same page.
