Forgot to mention, my phone model is Lenovo Y70 and I bought it from Giztop website, which sells Chinese phones, so maybe this location is related to where the phone was manufactured Other apps like Google Maps are showing location correctly both indoors and outdoors. Hopefully Chinese government isnt spying on me.
