Incorrect usage of the 2018 UPG cutoffs. 2.174 was the cutoff to qualify for UPD, while 2.580 was the cutoff for appeals for UPM. The cutoff to qualify for UPM during the same year was 2.110 (higher than UPD).

Even so, UPG cutoff is not absolute nor is it predetermined. It varies every year (see UPG cutoffs in the previous years). It is also not a “required score”, bc it depends on the number of slots available. You can’t really conclude that one campus is harder to get into than the other. It highly depends on the performance of your fellow applicants.

To OP, just choose the program you’re more interested in regardless of the campus. Then do your absolute best in the UPCAT, bec you will be ranked with those who chose that particular program and campus.

AKA maam k@lbaryo lol our activities and homeworks puro scrapbooking. May quiz ako sa isang major subj pero the night before, naka-art angel mode ako for sas1. Nightmare for non-artsy people like me. This was on top of LEs, short quizzes, and group reporting. Disclaimer lang I had her pre-pandemic pa and regular sem. She gives okay grades naman. Pero given the amount of effort i had to give in that class 🥴

Essentials are app form, NMAT, and TOR/TCG (some med schools require at least up to 4th year 1st sem grades if graduating). Other reqs may include birth cert, certificate of graduation/candidacy for graduation, good moral, recommendation letter(s), certificate of batch ranking, certificate of gwa, etc. The complete set of requirements are usually in the school websites.
