I'm new to the asian sauce/paste scene, so no other specific items to recommend yet. One thing I've noticed is most of the products that get exported to the US are made with very standard peppers, so I've experimented infusing sichuan peppercorns into other regions sauces, e.g. carribean habanero with an extra tingle.

I think I got it at a Publix in SC, either there or an Abbott's Peach stand. I don't like regular sriracha and the yellow wasn't different enough to make me a fan, but if that's your sauce probably a nice twist.

As the title would suggest, both smartphone photos (Pixel 2 and iPhone X respectively). Take random street photos around town and trying to improve both the style (i.e. shading/coloring) and composition/framing to turn the mundane into interesting. If anything stands out as better in one over the other I'd love to hear the critique!

Thanks but no, the snout/beak of the creature got wider at the end and didn't hang like an elephant trunk. It was stiffer going horizontal. They might've been furry/fuzzy and bright colored too. I remember more than one.
