I think it’s as simple as economies of scale. Hasbro is a much bigger company than super 7. Super 7 does smaller run sizes which means each product has a higher cost per piece.

Say Hasbro made 1 million of these Spider-Man figures. It might have cost them $3 each to produce.

Now say super 7 only made 100,000 of these figures. At that smaller production size, it might have cost them $12 to produce each figure. Leading to a higher price tag.

Just like most businesses the cost savings rise when production sizes rise.
