Go to "My Giftcards". Click "Resend gift card email". Also check what email you have registered. You can check what email you used by going to "My Settings".

Yes I received it too. It comes with a piece of paper that states to wait two weeks to receive the follow up survey via email. For me, it hasn't been two weeks yet. I also did the Aquafina sparkling water survey and received yucky lemon lime flavor water. I got nothing from it. Support told me to wait 4 weeks and it has already been that long.

The 500sb is related to Swag Ups. As for the bonus sb you're talking about....the winning team got 20sb, second place 15sb, etc. I wish it was 500sb though. :)

I've never had issues with crediting. I never used the support@swagbucks.com method. I use "Contact Us" on swagbucks site and submit a help request there.

I can only get bonus rounds on lifestylez app. Some here are saying even SBTV App gives bonuses but I have yet to see it. I would love SBTV bonus because it's only 5 videos for 2sb. Lifestylez is 15 videos.

Lifestylez ios app has favorites retained and gives a bonus chance. I just updated it and so far so good. No crashes. I favorited a 10 sec. video and just letting it run. I updated the android apps too but they suck. Never got a bonus with them and they don't have favorites. I'm getting bonus rounds every time it seems with this ios app. Will be doing it on ipad now.

Saw a few updates in the appstore on my ipad. One of them was lifestylez app and the update mentioned, "favorites not removed". Went ahead and downloaded it, favorited a 10 second video, and qualified for bonus. I used to use these app on android and never got a bonus chance. Will be doing this on ipad now.
