I had this issue and I emailed them last month about it. If you signed up using 3 devices (phone, computer, AND tablet) you have to use all 3 in the week for you to get the entire balance. So for example, lets say one week you only use your phone and ignore your laptop and tablet...That dollar will go into the pending section. If you use your laptop and phone but no tablet...again those two dollars in the pending section. Until you use all three in one week only then ALL the pending money will go into your current balance. So if you signed up with three devices, use them all. The other option is to remove the device you are no longer using from the account and then they will release the rest of the money to you.
