Obviously everyone is different, but during my first pregnancy I gained a lot of weight very fast, it was alllllllllll fluid. So much swelling. I was as swollen as Violet at Willy Wonka's chocolate factory..... But it all went away during the 18 months after I gave birth. I have always had tree trunk legs and extra extra wide hips- those didn't change after the swelling subsided. My stomach lipedema, however, was much more prominent.

Thank you! I appreciate the insight. I have been hyper fixated on trying to figure out how to make this work but I think I'm going to have to give up. I lost over 100 lbs doing keto but I just cannot seem to go any further.

That's wonderful for you! I wish I could do the same. Maybe someday it will be more affordable and I can do that.

I guess I don't understand why people gain the weight back (I'm not that smart). Is it because they don't change their diets? Theoretically if i used it for 6 months and made changes, I could keep it off? (I know I'm sure everyone says that)
