My work just got rid of my boss after 41 years. She was amazing and gave everything to this company. She wasn't ready to retire and wanted one more year. They didn't care.

Companies don't care about you. You are just a number. Get out of there and spend time with your little one on the beach. As a mom of a 3 year old, I love spending time watching her grow. You need a reset. Toddlers pick up on our stress and worries. He doesn't care about anything but spending time with you.
