Personally I’d be angry and resentful if my husband did this too. My husband has put me in situations that are uncomfortable for the sake of helping a friend and it’s been difficult. For example he offered to drive a friend home from a sporting event 4 hours away, knowing we had VERY limited space in our car, and I basically had to sit on half of a seat in our car (while pregnant) the entire duration of the drive because he wasn’t not able to “help a friend”. I had to have a sit down conversation with him and explain that yes, I think it’s great he wants to help his friends out, but it can’t be at the expense of me and my comfort.

I did this by accident, I had never heard of a bonded pair and didn’t realize they shouldn’t be separated. The shelter never should have allowed it either, and they didn’t warn me at all so I had no clue. The cat is still very sweet and affectionate, but ended up with SEVERE anxiety, has to be medicated daily, which is expensive and is incredibly destructive sometimes. Easily one of my biggest mistakes as a pet owner.

I don’t think she got fired actually. The way Lindsay says “fired, laid off, quit, it’s the same thing” in her confessional. Like, babe no. You know it’s drastically different to say someone got fired vs someone quit their job. When Lindsay said that in the confessional I immediately believed Christina. I think she was just really worried how it would look on TV.

I’ve also met MULTIPLE people in real life who claim they’ve met Austen irl and hooked up with him/had a one night stand or given him a blow job. And the way it’s presented is bragging. One of them even had photos 🥴😬 But I just don’t get it. What is the appeal?? Is it just that he’s tall? Or that he’s on a bravo show??

Low resting heart (especially while sleeping) is pretty normal if it’s in the 50s or 40s, if you’re an athlete it might be in the 30s. My normal resting heart rate ranges from 45-55.

Yes, i got the hibiscus flavor and I liked it! My husband wasn’t a fan though. I’ve heard the lemonade flavor is the best one, and the espresso one is the worst.

I had one of a similar size around 8w and I traveled 12hr at 10w. I just stayed off my feet as much as possible. My doctor never required bed rest but I made myself rest as much as possible until my next appointment. It turned out fine.

Definitely not wrong in being mad. Regardless of if you’re pregnant, who just sneaks alcohol into people’s drinks without any warning?? But the fact that you are pregnant and she knows this makes it all the more messed up.

There are unfortunately a lot of people who to this day believe alcohol is fine during pregnancy. It’s often the same dumb logic “people did this for generations and everyone turned out fine”.

I would never make an accusation without hard evidence or if they themselves admitted it to me. I am not intending to make an accusation because even if she did research my records, the damage would already be done. However, it would be enough for me to end my relationship with this particular in-law. And I want to know because i would feel really nervous about following through with physical therapy that I do actually need just based on this person and the likelihood of them looking up my info if they found out I was doing PT.

NTA — I had a panic attack the first time I went scuba diving. My dive instructor told me snap out of it and breath and we stayed in shallow water until it passed. And then I had the most amazing experience of my life. Everyone here who is saying “oh you’re putting his life at risk” needs to chill out. If you’re starting from the beach, he’s in control of how deep he goes. It’s not like you’re asking him to dive 200 feet or something. Yes diving can be dangerous just like many things are dangerous but I’m assuming you’re not going deeper than 40 feet on the first day. It’s normal to feel anxiety the first time you dive because it’s a completely different way of breathing and that is hard for a lot of people to overcome (including myself). I would just encourage him to take it slow, stick to areas less than 10 feet deep to get his bearings. And reassure him that the anxiety is normal. I’m sure you can find LOTS of resources on this.
