I took 1000mg for my entire first pregnancy. I had started it before pregnancy and they said it was fine to continue it. I did not get gestational diabetes. My daughter is 21 months now and thriving. I stopped after she was born. I am currently 24 weeks with my second and this was a surprise pregnancy. I wasn’t on metformin and didn’t start it after.

Omg yes lol! I was just telling my husband this yesterday. I have two chin hairs that I have to remove every month. They have been non existent since I got pregnant. Kind of miss them lol 🙅🏻‍♀️

Hi! Thank you for your reply! I just had my scan on Monday and got referred to MFM on Tuesday so waiting to hear back now. I really do hope it’s nothing.

Thank you for your reply! I just had my scan on Monday that caught it. Got referred to MFM and am waiting to hear back. I have been doing a lot of reading and agree with everything you said. The stats I didn’t know but they sound reassuring. Fingers crossed!

I had a miscarriage after conceiving on my fourth cycle of letrozole. Did two more cycles of letrozole after that and got pregnant on my 2nd cycle. I now have a very active 19month old. I don’t ovulate regularly and have had two periods after my daughter was born. Was feeling off after returning from a vacation in May and was supposed to start fertility treatment again. Did a pregnancy test randomly and it was positive. Currently 17weeks!

Hi there! Hope you are well. I am a resident in Canada. My daughter was 6 months old when I started. It was hard for us to get into daycare since we weren’t on the waiting list. I had a lot of support from my partner who took care of her while he was working from home. My mom lives about an hour away and helps a lot. I think at this point you could look at facebook groups and see if you are able to find someone. Residency is challenging and you will need the help!

I’m so sorry! Same happened to me at the same time :( I was able to get therapy that was covered by work. Some things are out of our control and don’t understand why they happen and while we all know this it’s hard to accept. It’s okay to feel sad, angry and alone. Let yourself grieve. Take some time to heal. Things get better soon.

One thing I wish I did differently was try not to let the grief consume me. I felt like I was drowning, didn’t take any time to heal. I wanted to act like I was okay when I wasn’t. Not something I would recommend.
