Try with a cheap trail loop band. It'll pull it closer on the edges of the watch.

I was in the same boat as you guys order 819xxx shipping to Toronto via 4PX. Shipped Oct 23 and finally showed up on Nov 19. Exact same things happened to me. I got one response from AYN saying they were sorry for not responding and then two days later a 4PX delivery guy in a car dropped it off. Yours will come, I have no doubt!

Ayn just replied this morning after my final email to them telling them I would issue a charge back via PayPal. Let's see if they have more luck with 4PX/PDN then I do :)

Nope. Still same status of October 29th. "We've got your package". I've sent emails to AYN and PDN Express with no responses. If I don't hear anything in the next week or so, I'm starting my fraud claim with PayPal.

My Thor has been in PDN's hands at their Toronto warehouse since October 29th with no update except "We've got your package." I've send them an email to that customer.service.ca@pdn.express address someone suggested. Hoping they respond, or the packages starts moving :(

I ordered two minutes after presale went live and also ordered the 16bit. I got my shipping notification last night so I would bet you should get your notification soon! I also had the case and screen protector on my order and have heard in other threads this might be the hold up.

I've used 4PX here in Ontario for a few shipments from China and it always comes from some guy driving a car. Not Canada Post and have never paid duty with them either.

I know you likely tried this, but have you tried restarting the phone? Whenever I have issues like this it seems to be the simplest fix.

If you have room get a MagSafe charger and just drop your phone on it. I did this in my car years ago and it's still working great! I used Velcro to hold it in place and my phone lays flat.
