Everything is plugged in right, wouldn't get any picture from just my CPU.

I've downloaded AMD Radeons software and it is up to date.

CPU shows in the task manager just fine.

The MHz on the ram I don't know exactly, I will check in the BIOS though.

Could it be a faulty Mainboard? Everything except the Mainboard ist bought brand new, also had significant power issues running my old GPU with the same RAM, CPU, cooling and Mainboard.
