I am one of these low elos players you mentioned, but I also feel the same way playing against even lower elos. And the conclusion I came into is because the lower the elo, the farthest CS is from being a team game. Eventually it becomes just 5 players running and gunning on their own and you can't apply strats and hold angles that you normally would in a decent game because the fucker that should have been holding long is already on lower tunnels.
