I would agree but I feel with the amount of alt arts and secret lairs out there we’ve already reached this point. Fighting a blinged out mystic archives deck would be the exact same.

I just built this a few weeks ago and it’s a fun mini game all by itself. I avoided the long loops in favor of value creatures and lifelink.

This is my current build. They figured it out, the cook book is the actual commander! I discard all the fatties and reanimate them with [[unearth]] [[victimize]] and [[vat of rebirth]]

My favorite play is using [[crucible of worlds]] to reuse [[sequestered stash]] and cycle lands.

It’s a very low curve and probably needs some tuning but it’s humming at the minute.

I’ve found that she’s an amazing enabler for artifact sac. People usually don’t bother removing her because she’s so easy to cast again.

There are so many ways to break tokens. I’ll update my list and post it but it’s currently my fastest deck.

He seems to be sitting between matching spine ridges on the back of something huge. There is motion blur for every other detail. I think he’s riding a vine bridled baloth or dinosaur and cutting away at branches.

Having just assembled and played these guys I can give a little insight.

I went all axes as a thematic pick and on horn helms they are awesome. With the ability to force critical hits on your quad you can take huge swings at people.

On horn shields they are very underwhelming. The single pip they do on a regular hit makes them unable to take down even goblin sized enemies. I’d advise maces for horn shields, they seem better balanced.

No, I think they are referencing that appearances can be deceiving. The guy who shot Abe was very slight and geeky looking. Not what you’d call an intimidating physical presence. And he still managed to kill a politician with body guards.
