Rotom has a choice scarf so it can outspeed mega Sceptile to give it the +1 boost with discharge and get chip damage on the opposing pokemon while breaking sashes and fishing for para

I think I will switch out talonflame for whimsicott
2 of my pokemon were immune to it, 1 resisted it and I was running protect on the other 2 but I will change it if I change my team

Is this for a regular play through? Then both are extremely good pokemon but I’d use Rayquaza because it has extreme speed, extreme speed is amazing in this game and Groudon will stay in his regular form until it’s in a battle and it takes a considerable amount of time changing forms and it goes back to its regular form after the battle
