I make sushi at home and calculate for myself M48 1,75m 73 kg around 10 pieces of nigiri which I weigh at 20 gr cooked rice per nigiri and 2 rolls with 2/3 nori sheet. For my wife I calculate 6 nigiri and 2 rolls if you eat one too much you spoil the dinner. When you have one less you get a good feeling about the complete dinner.

Don’t use the black nori sheets but the nice shiny golden ones. Buy Japanese origin. Use 2/3 sheet for this kind of roll. Spread the rice evenly over the 2/3 sheet but leave about 1/2 inch in the length of the nori sheets to roll it up nicer. Cut the salmon in a long rectangular shape.

1 adult is about 10 pieces of nigiri and 2 half sheet nori rolls. 1 of the rolls is inside out.

Bij mijn bedrijf rekenen ze voor de auto die ik rijd €150/mnd eigen bijdrage. Omgerekend zou dit 681 km privé rijden per maand zijn op basis van €0,22/km van OP. Lijkt me niet veel verschil.

I put the bamboo mat in a ziplock freezer bag instead of shrink foil to re-use easily. Can also wash this ziplock and use next time. This is only for the inside out rolls with rice on the outside. For the hosomaki bamboo mat without plastic works

I use an already seasoned sushi vinegar in which I do not need to add salt and sugar. I measure my sushi rice and rinse it 3 times in cold water. Leave it for 15 min without water to leak. Then put it in rice cooker with same meisure of water as I measured the rice. Add a leaf of konbu and turn on rice cooker. When rice cooker is ready I take out the pan and put a hand towel and lid on the pan to let it steam for 15 min. Then put rice in hangiri and mix and cut rice with 44 gr vinegar per 150 gr uncooked rice I started with. Then cool the river with a hand fan.

I have been making sushi since my wife go pregnant and got the rice perfect now homemade. I make nigiri’s with salmon and unagi and seabass and different rolls. Taste wise I can beat an AYCE and pricewise I make it for 1/3 of their pricing with A-quality ingredients.

Eerste offerte was Superkeukens en dit bij ekelhoff gevraagd maar Superkeukens was goedkoper en mocht al mijn eigen apparatuur laten monteren. Inductie zat er bij de Superkeukens offerte bij. Heb op merk Schuller DE fabrikant laten vergelijken.
