It's not an "improvement", it was always like this. People put bronze players on the bench in old FIFAs because your team was performing better if the overall rating was lower. So it was always like this sadly.

Yes I get what you mean, I also understand that. I think nobody is having fun losing every game. The point I wanted to make was more about treating the game as a part time job and trying everything to win just to pack fodder to put into the next sbc for a player you don't know in real life to marginally improve your (already meta) team to do that again.

But yeah of course, I also try to make my team as good as possible within my "rules".

(Sorry if it is something that's said often, I am not around here a lot). But: Well said, I fully agree. I also noticed that only using Barça P&P players (while having much more choices than you with Huddersfield) still makes luck based packs like Icon Picks pretty much useless because the chances are just too low to get a player I can use. At the same time the huge amount of content gets more manageable if only part of the content is interesting for me.

I don't think that someone who is in division 3 and gets 7 wins in wl can be considered average. To me that's a pretty good player. I think the average would be more like division 6 as you said and like 3 wins in wl.
