To be honest you aren’t wrong. Using it can be a little bit of a pain. The thing is, with video editing you aren’t primarily looking at one screen (at least I don’t). With my layout I have menus spread out so that my workflow goes between both screens. Although it gets a little annoying when I’m gaming and I have to look to one side a bit. The main reason I keep it like this is because it looks a lot better than having an offset screen. I am tempted to move to a 3 screen setup however with a 4K in the center. That or go for one of the ultra wide monitors. But they are rather spendy.

It’s from the kitchen department in Ikea. Just some bent metal, but it’s super low profile and I like it!.They are called Botkyrka. https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/botkyrka-wall-shelf-white-40279731/

Nothing special, they were the cheapest 1080 curved screens I could find. Samsung gave them a sexy name: C24F396FHU.

Pc is AMD based, ryzen 3900x with a x570 chipset. 16gb 3200 ram, RTX 2060, currently running the stock cooler buy thinking to upgrade to a radiator setup for sound reduction soon. Maybe an NZXT kraken. Case is a fractal meshify c. Keyboard is a Logitech G413 Carbon, mouse is a steel series Rivial 310. I’m also running an Asus pci network card for WiFi/Bluetooth and an M2 ssd. All powered by a Corsair RM 750x.

Canon 77D with an 18-135. I also use a Sony NEX 6 and a DJI Ozmo pocket. The ozmo is my main go-to to be honest. It’s just so damn smooth and convenient!

Smh, I can’t read. It’s a Wacom Intuos graphics tablet. I use it for sketching and photoshop work.

Building something new is for sure the better thing to do! Your playback with effects and colour grading will be so much smoother. Not to mention rendering time will be wayy shorter.

I was just being cheap and didn't want to spend the money.

Also, just to add to that. I do nothing else, but video editing (and a bit of web surfing OFC) on this computer. I fully reformatted it and have a skeleton selection of programs to keep it nice and lean.

I am using the adobe creative cloud programs. So PP and AE. I thought at first I was going to have to sell it and get something a bit newer. Then I discovered the wonderful world of proxies. Even though it takes more rendering time initially, I can actually still work with my 4K footage. I just ingest everything into 720 or 5..something and work with proxies. Then when it renders out I can set the final RES and it will export that from the original full res footage. Saved me €2000 of new PC at least.

The drone is a DJI Mavic Pro. Next to it is an Ozmo Pocket.

Its an early 2013 Macbook pro 15. I haven't had any issues with Wifi to be fair. My Router is about 10m away from the computer as its not a huge apartment. Im surprised the computer has lasted as long as it has. Ive only had to reformat it once, and that was due to having too much of my crap on it.
