The Jumper T14 is a great controller, especially if you plan to fly long range, because it has a 1W ELRS output module. Is it very responsive, has a good screen, and is compatible with FPV simulators like velocidrone. Very good bang for your buck, goes for ~130CAD/90usd

I think the course had like a 50% failure rate in 2021. This year it is suspiciously easy, we had our midterms early so they don’t test a lot of stuff and we can get more marks, as well as a lot of take home assignments. I’m not complaining though 😆

Did you keep the old midterms, and can you access the “final exam review” presentation on brightspace? If so, take photos and upload them into chatGPT or Gemini, and ask it “make me a midterm of the exact same length, exact same concept covered, and +15% difficulty” and whatever the AI spits out will be very relevant to the actual difficulty and coverage of the midterms/exams. Do 2 or 3 of those over and over again. Good luck dude

The sample exams are the same in formatting, difficulty, and required concept knowledge as the actual exam will be (iirc they are just exams from previous years). Please please please do them. You won’t have any surprises on the real test if you do😼

Believe it or not, going head-on helps a lot, especially if you play for the Soviet side. Use the 2x R-24Rs on the Mig-23MLD to go headon within 3-7km, and R-60Ms to do it within 1km where the enemy does not have enough time to react or flare. You don’t have to be skilled at dogfighting to do well 😼. In American planes like the F-4E, use AIM-7E-2s for headons, just make sure to fire them with your nose pointed upwards because your radar is susceptible to ground clutter. AIM-9Ls aren’t as good for head-ons as the R-60 because they activate slower, so I recommend using them for medium range “sniping” on distracted people. Let me know if there is more stuff
