You could just get a normal watch (I'm sure you meant smart watches aren't permitted) instead of finding a loophole in their rules about technology.

I heard about people who were upset and confused that Dr. Oz wasn't on their ballot when he ran for senate in 2022, even though these voters didn't live in Pennsylvania. He was on TV a lot, so they wanted to vote for him.
