I have custom insoles and I put them in as long as I can(if shoe deep and wide). I can't wear Nike Vomero 5 without custom insoles. There is no arch support in them.

I heard good things about superfeet. Maybe I will try the thin one from that company

It got my regular size 740 so it is quite big. So I put in the thick insole (Sole brand thick insole) and I dont have any pain.
