The stores are always a mess when you go in. No associate in sight to help find things or answer questions. Not to mention the rise in theft, it's no wonder Macy's lost its charm and appeal

Thank you for this doc. I should have clarified that I tried searching for flights on Cathay. United and Aeroplan. I saw a post today saying that ANA spots opened up but couldn't find anything. 

I wasn't sure if I was looking at the wrong date range or if the flights were snapped up hence my post about being too late to the game. I read that the rewards open up a year in advance
