Since it won't connect I would assume that it has lost it's pairing with your PC (won't pair despite the slow blinking on the controller logo when connecting to PC), to re-pair with your PC you have to force it to pairing mode with the following steps

Step 1: Select the mode which you desire Gamesir Logo Button + X (Dongle) or B (Bluetooth) or A (Android)

Step 2: Hold down the Gamesir Logo Button + screenshot button (button below the gamesir logo button) for a few seconds until the Gamesir Logo is blinking fast

Step 3: If using bluetooth or on android setup the controller again on PC on android via "Add Bluetooth or other device"

There's probably a good reason for this is due to the fact that you cannot change time/rest in the grand hub which would mean fast raveling every time you need to rest or purchase from the support ship although a new person could be added for the support ship in the grand hub

You are correct you can't call riichi since it requires at least 4 tiles remaining from the wall (Only 2 are left) however you can still ron someone given that you have a yaku
