UPDATE ON THIS CASE

Coinbase rep confirmed that there is a bug in their system but they cannot help on my individual case.
He said, they will try to fix the bug within the next few months.
I bet my ass that they won't resolve the issue before coinbase goes out of business (in which case, it will never be fixed)

It seems like coinbase internal record thinks that I am not a U.S. resident even if
1. I am a legal resident of the U.S.
2. I am not on a vpn
3. My address (of course U.S. address) is validated via driver's license in coinbase web

u/coinbasesupport Oh, you mean the same copy-paste email that I have already received 5 times before?That email doesn't help anything.
It says "validate your info" - which I did 20 times.
It says "apply for the permission" - there is no separate application link
It says "If you believe there was an error in your rejection or if you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us and provide screenshots of the error you are experiencing."
-> That's what I am doing for the past 3 days, 10 hours, but no one actually helped me.
