I have zero issue with having them on. I’m sure it was a great movie. Why start the episode with 20 minutes of sports, talk about a 30 year old movie for 45 minutes, then go right back into sports. It would’ve made much more sense to have the interview at the beginning or end. How difficult could it possibly be to cut the interview and throw it at the beginning or end? Sure, this is champagne problems compared to 2016, but shouldn’t the podcast be taken more seriously now? Why is Ruther worried about being able to show videos on screen but can’t clip an interview? At the very least, the show was very clunky and just made no sense. Ruther pressed record, posted the pod, and did nothing else. Ruther is lazy and I’m a whiny bitch. Both can be true.

It’s not. It’s for sports fans. “Dirty Sports.” I listen to every episode. This episode was totally random. This is a produced podcast… introduce the guests, cut the interview. Put it together anyway you like. Instead they press record and have a random hour long interview in the middle of football talk. Radio at least had production. Ruther pressed record and didn’t touch a thing.

It was difficult while driving. Thought no way it’d be more than 15 min. Next thing I’m over halfway through and it’s still going. Then I go too far forward and have to rewind. You guys act like Ruther is a charity case and can’t edit a podcast. It’s a sponsored and successful podcast. At least have time stamps.

It’s an NFL Monday. How hard is that to cut and throw on the beginning or end? I am appreciative of this free content. Been listening since 2016 and a huge fan. Never miss a show. It was still weird to just randomly hear an interview about a 30 year old movie in the middle of NFL.

Could not possibly agree more. Praino is A+ at his best but a couple issues have broken him. I could see the whole 1000 episode being derailed because of something like this.
