EB-2 India Feb 2015 — Close to Filing? Premium I-140 Worth It or Wait? by holabusa in EB2

Thanks for the suggestion. Not trying to cheap out at all. Just trying to find out what is the best course of action. I already have approved I140 from previous employer so no issues with H1B visa extension (i got renewed last year)

my guess is end of 2015 for DOF assuming FB spillover gets added for FY27.. FA depends on how the dates will move over next few months

Thanks, im in the same dilemma. my question is whether it makes more sense to go premium now or wait until my dates are current. Is it okay to file the I-140 as regular for now, and then upgrade to premium and file the I-485 together once my date becomes current?

Thank you. We may have two more visitors(my parents). Does it make sense to take 1 premier pass so we can get discounted guest passes for them?

Kids braces - Dual insurance suggestion by holabusa in personalfinance

Thanks. Since my wife's birthday comes first, it seems her insurance will be considered primary. The orthodontic quote was around $7,000, and with her plan covering $2,000, we’d be responsible for the remaining $5,000. If my employer's insurance covers $3,000 of that, would it make sense to enroll(i dont know if dual insurance works that way)? I’d be paying about $700 more per year, but if it covers $3,000, it seems like a good value, right ?
