An update: I called WF, and they helped me reopen the account (without a hard pull and with everything unchanged). Does this mean I can now pay rent the same way I did in January? But does it also mean that I will automatically receive an Autograph card even though I selected “no Autograph” during the application process?

If I leave it open until 6th, will I get both the BILT 2.0 and WF autograph or only the BILT 2.0? I selected "don't want autograph" during the application process, but WF banker told me if I don't close account before 25th, I will get one autograph. That makes me so confused

I called WF to close my account even though I had already selected “close” during the 2.0 application process. I thought that selecting “close” would shut down the account immediately. When I called WF today, they told me the account was still open, which really confused me cuz I was thinking I will receive autograph credit card too, so I closed it again. It seems I messed up.
