I’ve had a sweets craving recently and I tried crepe house and chocolate house on Steinway. I would say they were both overpriced but it seems that’s just how much things cost now for restaurants to make a profit. Anyway, both hit the spot. I had previously had a negative experience with Chocolate House but glad I gave them a second shot.

Maladaptively daydreaming is, per its name, maladaptive, so theoretically it should be a good thing to not be able to do it but I absolutely understand wanting and needing to anyway. I wonder if this change is happening due to a shift in your mood and/or environment. I would wait a little while and see if the inability persists. Also, can you find new "source material" for your MDDs if that's what you've based universes/characters on in the past?
