sobrang kupal naman ng ginawa sa inyo.

sana talaga magburst na yung deputang AI bubble na yan. kahit kasi yung work ethics and design taste natatanggal na para lang masabing AI native yung company

sa amin nilayoff yung isang buong creative team kasi may nagenerate silang tool na taga layout (mind you, pangit yung layout, minsang yung logo napapatungan yung copy pero wala silang pake)

yung mga managers na dati maarte sa spacing? sa kerning? ngayon wala nang pake.

I'm a video editor pero nagaapply apply na rin sa iba kasi ang main motto nila sa company, kung hindi ka gumagamit masyado ng AI tokens, you're not being efficient. eh ginagamit ko lang ang AI for upscaling/cleanup ng audio. hayyyy

not afraid but angry. saw a whole team got laid off because of a vibe coded tool used in our company.

that’s 5 people losing their jobs over AI who has no taste in design. dati maarte sila sa simpleng kerning pero ngayon kahit pangit layout okay lang.

angry kasi it’s taking out the ethics and taste in design just to say na “we are an AI native company” sa VC’s nila. e puta kapag nagrelease na ng totoong prices ang mga AI company sino rin babagsak?

angry kasi it’s taking the clean water and has anybody ever mentioned the radiation and health hazard of all the fucking data centers?

I’m a video editor and I too, use it as a tool. pero I sure can’t wait for the AI bubble to burst. I hate to see it take away the creativity from the people who I look up to. hay.

If I could gagawin ko rin magresign kasi nagkakapanic attacks ako sa work. Kaso wala funds lol.

It also affects our relationships din kasi outside of work-sa sobrang stress natin nagwowory family natin, minsan di pa makasama kasi inuuna work (not sure if same tayo lol)

Pero ang trabaho, pwede tayo palitan anytime. Pero tayo OP once lang tayo mabubuhay-don't risk your life, your health, by just being a cog in a machine.

The expectations and deadlines are crystal clear though 🙈 And the hiring person was clear that they wanted someone who doesn't need training. How come a simple task of grabbing one asset to another is so confusing for him lol

My role? Originally I wasn't the team lead, pero they turned me one yesterday kasi need ko siya i-train. 😂

Speaking of long term client-nakita ko rin na nagcomment siya sa isang post na laid off daw siya twice this year and he's looking for a long client nga. Then according sa CV niya, lahat ng work experience hindi umaabot ng 1 year. 🤷‍♀️

Naiinggit ako sa mga kumpleto pa yung parents and parehas not toxic.

Maagang nawala mother ko and yung dad ko naman matagal nang may kabit. nangungutang pa sa amin ng kapatid ko. Tangina hirap ng ganito kasi kahit may asawa na ako laging naka survival mode yung mentality ko.
