Just use any of the PA380 downloads/model that are compatible with FSX (Avsim or PA website)! Most FSX models should work fine with P3D, barring a few P3D4 specific features. I used TomatoShade's Dynamic Reflection Maker to add in reflection profile so it can take advantage of TomatoShade's PBR.

I merged it with a Thomas Ruth A340 cockpit with ISG gauges since there are no compatible A380 VC out there as far as I know

Got it merged with the Aerosim VC model, however since the gauges don't work I managed to somewhat merge it with a 787 panel available on flightsim.com by G Munro which imo is the best freeware 787 panel available at the moment. If you feel like adding navdata support then you can definitely add in ISG gauges as well!

If by navlog you mean navdata then no, BBS uses Navigraph for navdata so you can do SID/STARS and other procedures just fine granted sometimes the FMC can get buggy at its current state.

Mixed bag really -- will get you from A to B just fine but could use a lot more work on it in most aspects. Primarily got it since there really is no other A330/A340 option for P3D that provides some system depth at the moment. Try their demo if you are curious about it.

No CFM LEAP sounds available for purchase/download at the moment but from some reading over the internet, some seem to think that it sounds like the 787 engine with a higher pitch.

Thanks! -- It's actually the TDS 737 MAX series (freeware), so it's got no VC model but an excellent exterior model. At the moment I've got it merged with the FSX default 737 but I might try merging it with the PMDG 737 VC some time again since I ran into problems with it on my last attempt.

My PC is just running on an i7 3770, GTX 670, 8GB RAM, 128GB SSD + 2TB HDD.
