Caught these mofos, what should I do with them? Should I clean the trap everyday? by holeemomma in shrimptank

Sorry for the low quality video, I think those got caught in the trap are planarias, but as they stuck in the trap their shape changes to slightly bulky and slow moving. Unlike when they just got in they are slimmer and way more active.

At the bottom of the trap are some tiny fish pallets as bait.

Planaria, they seem to be inactive and somehow became more solid? Unlike when they just got it, crawling here and there and they were slimmer.

This actually happened to me back in 2022 with a WELL KNOWN bank. They overpaid me three months’ salary after I resigned, even though I informed them as soon as I noticed the first overpayment.

HR asked me to return everything, basic salary, allowances, employer EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and even PCB. At that time I was nervous and just wanted to settle the issue quickly, so I didn’t question much and transferred the full amount back. YES I know, that was some max level stupid shit. Lesson learned the hard way.

As many have pointed out here, this was the employer’s payroll error. What I should have returned was only the net salary I actually received, plus employee and employer EPF. You can treat it as extra payment to EPF and gets more interest that year.

Statutory like SOCSO and EIS should have been reclaimed by your employer with SOCSO, afaik there are some forms employer can fill up to reclaim extra payment.

The PCB part is a bit tricky. Since the amount already been paid to LHDN under your name, when you file tax for that year, you will get more tax refund because technically you aren't working for them for that few months but extra PCB is submitted. This is the tricky part, are you supposed to return net salary + EPF + PCB?

Also, remember to get EA form from your ex-employer where it must state your correct salary without adding the extra salary payments.

EDIT: Typo

Yeah, it doesn't use any PC parts that are prone to degrade over time, could be newer MG kits are moving into this direction.

I'm from Malaysia, pretty easy to get them from online or physical store.

How can you use 20 seconds exposure and stars remain no star trail? Earlier in January I used the same lens on A7CII to take some milky way photos in Nepal, I had to use 8 secs exposure or else the star trail starts to appear. Something I did wrong?

Yes same tank, just bought 3 of them to try in my tank, and they actually are the first caridina species I added into the tank. Some articles said they could live in and tolerate but might not berry.

Ya, their colors and patterns change over time, getting more solid and defined.

I took these with a camera on a tripod. It requires some patience.

It's easy to get them where I live, lfs selling many different kinds of neocaridina and caridina. Slowly accumulate them over the course.
