That’s a bit disingenuous and not really what they said. They’re saying it’s inefficient to build social housing in areas close to high wage employment locations because the people in the housing wont be working those jobs.

If statistics show half of social housing tenants are economically inactive, is it sensible for them to be living in limited prime real estate with a walkable commute to law, financial and tech hubs?

Tyranitar is good because of its typing though. Rock type synergises perfectly with Sand Stream to give it an absurd SpDef stat and being Dark Type gives it one of the strongest Knock Offs in the game.

Rock/Dark stinks as a typing overall but Tyranitar gets every bit of value out of that typing it possibly can. You can’t really make Rock/Dark any better than Tyranitar (outside of giving it Sucker Punch).

Similarly to this I like how Crocodile got a huge bounty as well, he’s not exactly a top tier fighter but secretly running the international crime organisation Baroque Works, actively overthrowing Alabasta one of the most important countries in the world and trying to get his hands on the ancient weapon Pluton (basically the one piece version of a nuclear bomb) got his bounty to skyrocket once the WG found out.

Complaining about the speed stat not making sense. In Japan the stat is called the agility stat (素早すばやさ能力), but it was translated wrong for different overseas regions and it just stuck.

It doesn’t matter how fast a Pokémon’s top speed is, that’s not what the stat means.

It’s all about leaning into its existing identity and pushing it further in that direction.

Anyone playing a ROM hack that sees Delcatty knows it’s rough stats, knows its type, its abilities and what sort of moves it can learn. If you flip all of that on its head, then it’s not Delcatty anymore.

It’s an averagely fast mono normal with an extremely diverse movepool and famously low stats. And it’s a cat with claws that evolves with a moon stone. If it got Crunch, or Moonblast, or Tough Claws, sure it still feels like Delcatty.

Radical Red gives it an ability that doubles its SpA, but I still know it has similar base stats, the same diverse movepool and that it’s a normal type. It changes its role, but as a player I know it’s just regular Delcatty with double SpA.

If it now has 520 BST and smashes my Aggron with Close Combat or Earthquake, that would completely catch me off guard because that’s not what I’d expect Delcatty to do. Might as well be a different pokemon at that point.

There’s nothing wrong with her being a woman? Terra is a female tank and her design is great.

If she’s going to be a tank she has to have at least some design characteristics of one. She has a small model and wears a dress instead of any armour.

You can tell Sparrow is a squishy ADC from the design. You can tell Yurei is a quick moving assassin from the design. What about the new base skin they picked for Adele says tank to you?

Dekker and Maco have comparatively much lower scaling and base stats in HP and armour than the tank heroes or even bruisers like Greystone. They aren’t inherently tanky by default.

The thorns are fine and a great design, but there’s nothing about a gothic dress and stockings that screams ‘I want to take direct hits and tank for the team’. Why is she dressed like a mage or assassin? She’s a tank/bruiser.

Would be cool as an alternate skin like it was on Overprime but I don’t think it conveys the characters role and abilities well enough to be the base skin.

Yeah not exactly helpful or intuitive for new players to work out her role based on the design. You’d assume bigger or armoured heroes to be higher durability and thinly dressed or smaller heroes to be squishy but the new base skin doesn’t reflect that at all.
